Seeing Machines said Friday that Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) has bought 13,550 pounds ($17,089) worth of shares and now owns 15.4% of the company’s issued share capital.
The London-listed transport technology company said that Lombard Odier, which is associated with nonexecutive Director Michael Brown, bought 250,000 ordinary shares at 5.42 pence each on Tuesday.
Lombard Odier now owns 639.6 million shares worth around GBP34.9 million based on the company’s closing share price of 5.45 pence on Thursday.
Shares at 0805 GMT were down 0.06 pence, or 1.1%, at 5.39 pence.
