Bank OZK said Monday it was increasing its quarterly dividend by 1 cent, or 2.9%, compared with last quarter.
The Little Rock, Ark.-based regional bank said it declared a quarterly cash dividend on common stock of 36 cents a share. The dividend is payable July 21 to shareholders of record as of July 14.
Bank OZK said it was raising its dividend for the 52nd consecutive quarter.
The bank also announced a quarterly dividend of 29 cents a share on its preferred stock, the same as last quarter. The preferred stock dividend is payable Aug. 15 to holders of record as of Aug. 1.
Shares rose 0.8%, to $40.46, in Monday trading.
