Triad Group said Thursday that a number of resolutions were approved with low shareholder support at the annual general meeting.
The IT consultancy said resolutions regarding the executive remuneration report were approved with around 68% of the votes in favor.
The company added that resolutions to elect Alison Lander, Charlotte Rigg and Chris Duckworth as directors passed with less than 70% of the votes in favor.
The reappointment of BDO LLP as the company’s auditor also received just 68.04% of the votes in favor.
Special resolutions regarding preemption rights and directors’ authority to call a general meeting on not less than 14 days’ notice weren’t approved.
